This is one of the recent renderings of a project for the 911 Call Center for Orleans Parish. After working with a building program that was affected by lowered post Katrina population levels, the project was revised in 2007.

This is an article on "biodeisel" which was considered on more than one occasion to power the generators for the OPCD.
